The error message on MT4/MT5 trading platforms, “Trade Context is Busy” occurs when the trading server receives multiple requests for the same order/trade.

For example, when you click an order button on MT4/MT5 for multiple times, or you are running EAs(Expert Advisers) which trade frequently and send the same signals to the trading server too often, FXTM’s trading server sees it an error or mistakes and doesn’t accept the order.

In order to resolve this issue, you need to restart your trading platform.

“Trade Context is Busy” is not an “Order Rejection” by FXTM

As FXTM is providing its Forex service as a STP broker, some traders might think of the error message as strange though, it is not an order rejection or an interference from FXTM’s side.

It is simply how the MetaTrader trading platform is built, and the error occurs with any online Forex brokers which offer MT4/MT5.
