Please be informed that “XM Card”, the Debit Mastercard co-branded with XM, will be unavailable from September 16th, 2016.

The Decision of this service close is made by Mastercard itself and XM now needs to follow the instructions.

All XM Mastercard will be available as normal until 16th of September, 2016. And all the funds in the card will be transferred to your Live MT4 trading account by 5pm September 19th. (in the trading server time)

In case you have been using the XM Mastercard as your withdrawal option, you are required to use another funding method offered by XM.
