DAX30 Symbol Name will be changed to DAX40

Pacific Union will update the symbol of the DAX30 index to DAX40 effective from 13th December 2021 to follow markets conditions as the benchmark DAX Index has been expanded by ten members to a total of 40 constituents.

Kindly refer to the table below outlining the affected instruments:

Please note the above data are subject to changes. Please refer to MT4/MT5 for details.

If you are holding an open position overnight on 10th December 2021 before changes are implemented, the symbol of your order will be updated to DAX40 on 13th December 2021.

The changes will only impact the symbol renamed.

The product specifications will remain unchanged and this will not affect your open positions or close any of your open positions.

Pacific Union (PU Prime ) Server Update on December 11th

To provide an enhanced trading environment, Pacific Union will upgrade its MT4/MT5 servers starting from 16:00 hrs. (GMT+2) on December 11 until 19:00 hrs. (GMT+2) on December 11.

Access to MT4/MT5 accounts will not be available during the hours mentioned above.

Please note that deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications would be available but there might be some delay in data synchronization.

We recommend clients to make proper arrangements in advance.

The cryptocurrency market will also be closed during the system upgrade maintenance, it will be reopened at 19:01 hrs (GMT+2) on December 11.

Once the upgrade has been completed, access to MT4/MT5 servers will be restored.
