The card deposit should be reflected instantly in XM MT4 and MT5.

If you cannot see the fund in the XM account, you may contact XM support desk with the transaction statement.

The reason the fund is not reflected in the account could be:

  1. First time of card deposit
  2. Reached card limit
  3. UnionPay deposit(may take up to 24 hours)

If you haven’t submitted copy of your credit/debit card to XM and verified, the fund won’t be reflected to your account until the verification process is completed.
