No, you cannot change the server time or trading hours on the platform. These settings are made by your broker and will remain unchanged until the broker decides to do so.

Although, you can still change the “Time Zone” displayed on the platform.

The time offset can be changed at the bottom right corner of cTrader/cAlgo.

You are free to change the displayed time on the platform to adjust it to your local time.
