No, you cannot run programs for MT4, on cTrader trading platform.
It is because MT4/MT5 and cTrader trading platforms use different program languages.
- MetaTrader4 – MQL4
- cTrader – C#
To run on both trading platforms, you will need to change the program language to make it compatible with the another one.
