Question: Can I submit documents(ID & POA) in other languages other than English?
That shouldn’t be a problem in most cases, as XM has a variety of languages speakers within the support team and would be able to translate most foreign languages.
However, they do reserve the right to request any further information that would assist them in verifying any information which remains unclear.
To verify your account, you need to submit the following types of documents.
- A valid Passport, ID card or driving license
- A current utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
