No, you are are not allowed to do that.
When your account is activated and TTCM Investment is managing your funds, you cannot trade manually or close existing open positions or withdraw your funds.
All of the above actions will be available after dis-activating the portfolio management. Then you can withdraw the full amount in your trading account at anytime.
Your trading account is registered under your name, and the funds in your account is all yours.
You are required to pay the 30% performance fees on High-Water Mark though, the remaining account balance can be withdrawn from the account at anytime when you wish.
