Question: cTrader's price chart shows different price movement from the same symbol's chart of another cTrader. Why is that?
In very rare cases, price charts of cTrader can show some false historical data. Such data could be stored in the cache, resulting to show false market price feeds in a historical bar.
It is only a small glitch on the trading platform’s side, and can be simply fixed by refreshing your charts.
To refresh a price chart, right click on the chart and click the refresh field. This will let cTrader clear the cache and re-download the historical data.
In case your trading platform is showing a false data, your orders cannot be executed at the showed prices. Your orders will always be executed at the price provided by your broker.
