In case you have sent your funds via wire transfer, please make sure that you send a “Wire Notification” to FXPIG.
To send a “Wire Notification”, please proceed to “Cashier”→”Wire Notification“.
Completing the form there will help FXPIG in getting your deposit credited as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or need to send them a receipt, in the case where the supplied reference was not included with your payment, please click on the support link above and submit a new support ticket.
If your deposit request has been rejected or confirmed there is no need to submit a notification.
