How/where can I login to FXPro cTrader account?

In order to login to your cTrader account, you will need to provide “Login Credentials”(ID and Password) as you are provided by FXPro.

To type in the information and login, please open up the cTrader trading platform.

You can also open cTrader web from FxPro Official Website, so you don’t need to install the application to your device.

Then you will see the below login screen, and you just need to type in necessarily information.

Your cTrader terminal will automatically log you in whenever you open it if you set it to ‘Remember these details’.

*Your cTrader credentials are sent to you via email once the creation of your account has been confirmed. They can be also accessed via FxPro Direct. To view them, you must log in to your FxPro Direct, click on ‘My Profile’ from the list on the left-hand side, and then click on the ‘Platform Credentials’ tab on the ‘My Profile’ page.

FXPro offers 3 different trading platforms which are MT4, MT5 and cTrader, and each trading account with FXPro will have certain trading platform to be allocated for the account.

Thus you cannot login to MT4 or MT5 with the login credentials provided for cTrader account.

If you are interested in trying out other trading platforms, then you will need to open additional trading accounts for these platforms.

Fortunately, FXPro allows its traders to open additional trading accounts by one click from the client portal, and you can also transfer funds between the accounts as you wish.
