All of your funds are kept separately from the Titan FX company funds in segregated trust account.
National Australia Bank, an AA rated bank, hold all these client accounts.
In case TitanFX went under, the company is not authorized to use any of these accounts to pay staff or rent; however the company also cannot promise that you will get the funds back because it is illegal for them to do so.
