Question:How to get FXPro Mastercard? Why is my status still pending?
Answer:
Once your deposit has been approved you can proceed with the application.
Please note that the FxPro MasterCard is not a mandatory option, therefore if not selected via the “Order a Card” widget it will not be created.
When your application has been submitted the FxPro MasterCard widget and “Manage funds” area will show the status as pending.
You will receive confirmation to your registered email that your application is pending and under review.
When your application has been approved confirmation will be sent to your registered email providing you with all relevant access details and useful links.
You will be required to login to the card portal with your access code to activate and manage your account.
Next fill in all required personal details, choose a new access code and activate your card.
The next stage is to convert your card to plastic by selecting the “Request Plastic Card” option in the “Manage My Account” area of the card portal.
The following popover will appear with details of your card, please press continue.
Your physical card will be sent to your registered mailing address within 10-15 business days of your application being approved.
