After registering with FBS, you can only change the “name registered” before verification.
If you have already verified your accounts with documents, then you cannot change the name on your accounts.
If you haven’t verified your accounts yet and like to change the name registered, please follow the below instructions.
1. Login to FBS’s Personal Area.
2. Go to “Profile Settings” next to your name.
3. Click on the “Change” link, next to your name.
4. Enter the correct name according to your passport / ID card, and click on “Save”.
If the “Change” link isn’t available but you must change your name, please contact FBS support team.
