Question: How can I connect Office Networks/ISPs to cTrader.
To setup a connection with your local proxy server or ISPs, you will need following information.
- Server – Local proxy server Name/IP
- Port – Port of local proxy server
- Protocol – Supported proxy protocol
- Login – Local proxy login
- Password – Local proxy password
If all the required information is with you, please go to ‘cTrader’ and select ‘Sign in’ and ‘Connection Settings’.
Then, fill in all the required field and click “Apply”.
If you have trouble setting up the connection, please contact the service provider of the broker you registered with.
