You can request a withdrawal by sending them an email to support team.
If you deposited by card you can request a withdrawal by login onto your client area and requesting a withdrawal from there.
Formax Prime has to ensure that the funds are sent back to the original source where it came from. They are unable to send funds to any other account apart from the one which was used for depositing.
In case of a withdrawal procedure when an account is funded by Credit Card or Debit Card
In this case, please login into your account centre and go to the withdrawal section to request a withdrawal via this method.
Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours of receiving your request. However, withdrawal requests received on weekends or on UK Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
