How can I trade FX and CFD with LMFX? Which trading platform?
First of all you will need to open an account(demo or real/live) with LMFX to start trading with LMFX.
If you have already opened an account and made a deposit, you can now start trading through its trading platform, MT4.

MT4 is a RAM consuming software and it could even cause a delay in your computer by running a MT4.
So you may want to make sure that you have closed all unnecessary applications, price charts, indicators and EAs so these things do not occupy your computer memory.
Leaving more than 10 charts opened in a MT4 could cause a slippage as the MT4 is taking time to process an execution.
