The broker is licensed and it is just a contact address

The address of the PO box on your broker’s website maybe prepared just in case someone wants to get in touch with them.

In this case, you should be able to find their actual office address by inquiring to the broker directly or the main regulatory authority of the broker.

The broker is licensed and it is the only address registered for the company

Some minor regulatory authorities allow brokerage firms to register PO boxes as their official company address.

In this case, you will need to contact your broker to know where is their actual office is.

At lease the broker is licensed and reachable, this case is better than a broker without a license.
