Land-FX has acquired the financial license, FCA in United Kingdom in 2016 though,  the broker is mainly active in New Zealand.

In case you are a UK resident, then you maybe able to open a trading account under FCA with Land-FX UK Ltd, when the broker is ready for accepting clients to UK.

If not, or if you are residing outside of UK, then most likely your trading account will be under the NZ FMA with Land Prime Ltd.

FMA is the official Financial License in New Zealand, and it is different from the “Online Company Registration” FSPR.

If you are not sure if you are opening account with Land-FX in NZ or Land-FX in UK, then you may want to check the “Terms and Conditions” provided by Land-FX when you go through their account opening processes.
