Question: How to withdraw funds from XTrade's Forex trading account?

In order to make a withdrawal from your XTrade trading account, you will first need to login to the online trading platform to send a request.
Even if you have open positions you can still make a withdrawal from your account though, in case you have existing open positions, the maximum withdrawal amount is limited.
(Available Account Balance – Maintenance Margin) and margin >= 1% = Max Withdrawal Amount
In case you haven’t met a criteria for withdrawals, XTrade may reject the request, and you can see your withdrawal request status on the web too.
In order to send a withdrawal request to XTrade, please follow the instructions below.
1. Login to the online trading platform
You can login to the online trading platform from the XTrade’s official website.
Please login to the account where you want to make a withdrawal.
2. Click on “Withdraw”
After you logged in, please go to the left hand side of the screen and click on “Withdraw”.
3. Type in the preferred “Withdrawal Amount”
Please read the instructions in the pop-up screen and type in the requested withdrawal amount.
4. Withdrawal Request is all done
Your withdrawal requests will be processed by the financial department in XTrade within 48 hours.
Please note that XTrade will process withdrawals through a method which you used for deposit in the past. So if you have made a deposit through Neteller, your fund and profits will go back to the same account of Neteller.
After your withdrawal request has been processed by XTrade, the payment providers(banks, card companies) will process the transfer and the process may take up to 3 weeks depending on the withdrawal methods.
Check the withdrawal status
If you are wondering where a withdrawal has been processed or not, or when it is going to be processed. You can check the status of your requests on the web.
Please follow the below instructions.
Go to Fund Management in the online trading platform.
After logged in to your account, go to “Withdraw Requests” on the right hand of the screen.
Then you can see statuses of all withdrawal requests you have sent to XTrade.
If you have any questions regarding to your requests, please contact XTrade support team.
Withdrawal Commissions
Please note that there is no commissions charged for withdrawals from XTrade, but the payment providers such as banks or card companies may charge you directly to the transfer amount.
So with some withdrawal methods, you may not receive the full withdrawal amount from XTrade into your account.
Further more details of commissions charged from payment providers, please contact these companies but not XTrade.
Normal charges for each transfer are as follows:
- International Bank Transfer – more than 25 USD
- Credit/Debit Card – None
- Neteller/Skrill – 1%(up to 1%)
