cTrader requires the following internet conditions in order to use the trading platform with normal or higher quality.

• Minimum – Internet Connection Stable connection (50kB per second or better)
• Recommended – Stable connection (100kB per second or better)

Better internet connection is always recommended to run the platform smoothly.

In case, your trading platform(your device) isn’t connected to stable or fast internet connection, you might face the following problems.

• Delays in market price charts
• Higher slippage rate
• Higher rate of re-quotes and order rejections

In order to avoid such problems, you are recommended to:

• Close unnecessary applications on the device
• disable any unnecessary functions on the cTrader trading platform
