How long does it take to receive XM's debit card?

XM card will be dispatched after 3 – 5 days from your application.

So if you are residing in Europe, it may take a few weeks or more for it to arrive at your place.

If you are residing outside of Europe, it will take a month or more.

XM card will be sent to your registered address, so please make sure that you have correct and latest address registered with XM.

*If you do not have validated your trading account or deposit, XM card won’t be issued.
