Deposits by credit or debit card are usually processed instantly, if further verification of your cards is not required.
Withdrawals by credit or debit card are usually processed by Orbex instantly but might take up to 14 working days to appear on your statement due to the banking system.
All withdrawal requests must be credited back to the same credit or debit card before other methods.
No processing fees apply on credit/debit card deposits and withdrawals.
Abuse of deposit/withdrawal fees: ORBEX LTD may at any time, at its own discretion and when in its sole opinion an abuse of the 0.00% transfer fees benefit has occurred, request and/or deduct any and/or all the transfer fees amounts from the client’ s account(s) and/or close the client’s account(s) and/or take any other action may consider necessary as a compensation for the said abuse.
