In order to change the “Leverage” for your XM MT4 or MT5 trading account, please login to XM’s client portal and go to “My Account” and “Request to Change” as below.

In the next screen, please select a new leverage for your account. Then, XM will contact you for any necessary actions.

Kindly note that this is a request for a leverage change and it is not an automated function.

All your open positions need to be closed in order to change the leverage.
