In order to change your address, please go to Yadix’s client portal, then go to “Change Address”.
After that, complete the below form with your new address details.
Before requesting an address change, please upload a new proof of address that can be a Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or another official document such as a Tax Bill or a letter from a reputable bank.
The document must be a scanned color copy that displays your name, date of issue and address.
If you haven’t uploaded the documents yet, please do so first, or the request will be rejected. Your request will be reviewed and processed once the above process is completed.
