How to deposit funds to TopFX?

TopFX offers a variety of deposit methods, have a negative balance protection mechanism, and do not charge any fees for deposits. TopFX holds client funds in segregated accounts with reputable banks. Deposit to your account now and start trading with professional-grade conditions right away.

1. Log in to the TopFX Workspace and select your preferred payment method.
2. Fill in the required information (including account number, deposit currency and deposit amount, etc.), then click the “Complete Payment” button.
3. The page will redirect to the payment provider’s action page, then please enter the payment details and confirm the deposit is complete.

Your funds are held in segregated accounts with reputable banks, separate from TopFX’s own funds. Therefore, TopFX will never use your funds for operational or other purposes.

TopFX does not accept third-party deposits, and all funds deposited into your trading account must come from a bank account in your name.

TopFX does not charge any fees for deposit operations, although payment banks or payment providers may charge certain fees. Reminder: If the deposit is made by bank wire transfer and the amount is less than 50 EUR/USD, the money will be returned to the source account, and the customer must bear the relevant costs.

TopFX does not charge any fees for the first two withdrawals per month. However, starting from the third withdrawal, the platform will charge a normal handling fee. The validity period of this regulation is based on one calendar month. After entering a new month, you can still enjoy the first two withdrawals without handling fees.

How to withdraw funds from TopFX?

To withdraw money, please log in to your TopFX workspace and fill out the withdrawal request form. Please note: You must withdraw funds in the same way as deposits. TopFX will process all withdrawal requests within 1 business day after you submit your application, but it may take more time for the funds to arrive, depending on the processing time required by your payment provider.

To request a withdrawal, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your TopFX workspace and click on the “Withdraw” tab. You can also choose to click the “Withdraw” button above to complete the operation.
2. Please fill out the “Create Withdrawal Request” form, you will need to enter the following details:

Withdrawal Method: The payment method selected by this exchange. Remember that your withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

Amount: The amount you need to withdraw.

Currency: The currency applicable to this transaction.

Source Account: You will withdraw funds from this trading account.
