Question: How to deposit(top-up) STICPAY account via Bank Wire Transfer?
STICPAY currently accept only USD Bank Wire Transfer.
In order to make a deposit to your STICPAY account, please login to the client portal and proceed to “Money in”→”Bank Wire” as below.
Then, you will see the bank account details where you need to transfer money to.
The bank is currently specified as “Bank of America”. (Oct 2017)
*Bank transfers must come from yourself.
*Cash deposits cannot be accepted due to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
*You will be charged for any banking and administrative cost associated with returning third party or cash deposits.
