You can generate an account statement in EXCEL or HTML from your MT4 trading platform.
To do that, please login to your MT4 account and right click on “Account History” Section of Terminal, then select “Save as Report” or “Save as Detailed Report”.
You can select the format of the statement, HTML or EXCEL, and time period.
FXTM’s trading server will also send Daily and Monthly Account Report to you, where you can see all activities of trades in your MT4 account.
