In order to make a deposit, withdrawal or other types of Fund Transfers to/from your account, please login to NewForex’s client portal and go to the section as below.

Clients may submit no more than 10 requests to withdraw funds and no more than 100 requests to transfer funds every 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests are processed by NewForex’s payments department from 5:00 to 14:00 GMT, Monday through Friday. All withdrawal requests submitted after 12:00 GMT will be processed the following business day.

*Newforex will not process transfer requests from third parties. If the broker receives funds from the account of a third party, these funds will be returned to the sender’s account. All transfer fees will be at the client’s expense.
*Newforex will not transfer funds via bank wire transfer to legal entities and businesses registered in the Russian Federation. Wire transfers to individuals and legal entities in Iran, Iraq and North Korea are also not allowed.

Deposit with another currency

If a conversion is required, it will be made at Newforex`s company rates.

For deposits, your funds will be converted based on the rates when NewForex receives your funds. For withdrawals and account-to-account transfers, conversions will take place at the rates when your funds are debited from your account.

Please be aware that the amount that is shown in the “Deposit amount” field may differ from the amount that is actually credited to your account.
