Question: How can I open "Depth of Market" window on MT5 (MetaTrader5) trading platform?
The “Depth of Market” board is available by default on MetaTrader5 trading platform.
So you can benefit from this trading tool with any Forex brokers with MT5.
To make the board appear on MT5 platform, please right click on “Market Watch” window and select “Depth of Market” as below.
Then, the below “Depth of Market” board appears.
The “Depth of Market” board shows the current available market liquidity at each specific market price.
The “Volume” column shows the market liquidity available offered from your Forex broker.
If it shows 35.00, then there are 35 standard lots waiting to be executed at that price.
It is very normal that the available market liquidity is around 10 – 40 lots per price for retail Forex market.
If you have activated “One Click Trading” option, then you can directly trade on the board and also set pending orders at any specific price.
