Normally, cTrader trading platform doesn’t support Windows Vista, XP or any older versions.

In case your PC’s OS(Operational System) is “Windows Vista”, you must update it to Miscorosft’s Service Pack 1 for windows vista to be able to run cTrader/cAlgo platforms properly.

In general, cTrader requires Operating System of Windows 7 onward and the recommended OS is Windows 8.1 onward.

Better trading environment is always recommended to run your trading platform properly.
