MetaTrader4 trading platform only shows profit/loss up to 2 decimals.

Thus the profit and loss can be shown as below:

12345.67

But, if the profit and loss is even smaller than then 2 decimal, then the platform won’t show the numbers, but only calculate within the system.

For example, if there is a profit of 0.0056 USD in your MT4 account, the platform will show:

0.00

in the terminal.

XM Micro Account

XM offers Micro account where you can trade from 100 units of trading volume.

If you trade with the minimum trading volume which is 0.1 micro lot(100 units), it is often that the profit or loss is even smaller than 2 decimal.

In this case, you won’t see any profit or loss in the terminal, but still they are calculated within the system only.
