For withdrawals via Bank Transfer that’s have not been received after 5 working days of making a withdrawal request, please contact their Client Accounting Department, so as to provide you with a Swift Copy.
You will then need to contact your bank(or corresponding banks) with the transfer details, then you should be able to find out where the funds is at the moment.
If your bank doesn’t recognize about the transfer at all, then you will need to contact back to FXPro to find out if there is any errors on transfers.

Troubles of card withdrawal
For withdrawals via Credit/Debit Card that have not been received after 10 working days of making a withdrawal request, please send a copy of your card statement to the account department and FXPro will contact the card processing company to investigate the delay.
Some card companies even take a month or more to process “Cancellation of Previous Payments”(fund withdrawal via card).
Most of the cases, you can resolve it by contacting your card company with transaction details.
For other withdrawal methods, you should be able to see your funds instantly as processes are done electronically.
If you haven’t received it then FXPro might not have sent any yet.
