Question: I forgot the password for Back Office. How can I reset/change it?

In case you have forgotten or lost the password of the Back Office, you need to conduct the following actions:
- Go to the page of the Back Office login and click “Forgot password?”.
- Enter your email (the one you have indicated during the registration) in the appeared page and click “Send”. The letter with instructions will be sent to your email.
- Fulfill the actions, described in the letter.
Back Office is opened only once. But you may open unlimited amount of trading accounts in the Back Office.
