Question: I got ripped on Paxful exchange. My Bitcoin is just stolen. What to do now?

Paxful - What's now?
We are no longer promoting Paxful. The information regarding to Paxful on the website '' maybe outdated. ref. Paxful
Transactions made on Paxful are secured as buying on eBay and other open marketplaces if you follow some general common sense rules.
But it is still possible that some Gift Cards exchanged via Paxful are not reversible.
In this case, there are mainly 2 things you can do:
- Click the “REPORT A PROBLEM” button on the trade page and provide as much proof as possible for the moderator to decide.
- Start a new “TRADE” with the vendor, click “PAID” and DISPUTE right away.
*With Certain Gift Cards like iTunes your only way to get proof is to contact Apple iTunes Support and ask them to give you the email (apple ID) of who redeemed the gift card. Before doing this, you should ask vendor’s email. The same rules apply to other types of the gift cards.
