Question: Why InstaForex cancelled my profits of scalping trades on MT4 and MT5 accounts?

InstaForex specifies that the broker does not allow “Scalping trades that are closed within 5 minutes after the position opening”.
In case the broker finds such trades in your trading accounts, they may cancel your relevant profits upon your withdrawal requests.
InstaForex has specified the condition in their terms and conditions available on their website.
Generally, InstaForex allows following trading methods.
- Hedging
- Use of EAs
- News Time Trading
- Custom Indicators
But doesn’t allow following methods on their platforms.
- Arbitrage
- Scalping within 5 minutes
In order to avoid troubles in the future, please contact InstaForex to find out the details of all unauthorized trading activities on their MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
