Question: Is Bitcoin really anonymous? Can it be used for financial Crimes?
Although the first Cryptocurrency “Bitcoin” is a complete digital money and each transaction doesn’t include any personal information, Bitcoin cannot be more anonymous than cash.
In fact, Bitcoin is not anonymous and cannot offer the same level of privacy as cash.
This is due to the existence of public records which everyone can monitor and track every single transaction made within the market.
It is even possible to track a record to see where the Bitcoin is headed.
Regarding to the illegal use of Bitcoin, there are many arguments about it. But Bitcoin market does not prevent criminal investigations from being conducted.
