It is regulated by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), the license number SIBA/L/14/1082.

InstaForex keeps the clients’ money on segregated accounts.

Moreover, the European company working under InstaForex trade name is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund.
