Land-FX is an online Forex & CFD broker fully regulated by FMA in New Zealand. The company has its office in New Zealand and provide financial services from the country too.

But it is known that the majority of the management team of Land-FX is consisted of Korean staffs and some of the members might be in Korea too. And that is why you get calls or emails from Korean IP addresses.

But it doesn’t really matter that if the management team is in Korea or not, as Land-FX is a fully regulated broker in NZ and also UK.

Not FSPR like others

There are hundreds of online Forex brokers in New Zealand that are apparently promoting their brands as NZ FSPR regulated broker.

But don’t just believe how it sounds, because FSPR is just an online company registration in NZ and many companies have registered from outside of the country and some of them even don’t exist in NZ.

And the official Financial Regulator in NZ is FMA, and it is regulating and authorizing online brokers to provide financial services.

Land-FX is not just registered to FSPR, but fully licensed by FMA. In 2016 May, Land-FX UK has also acquired the known to be the hardest financial license to acquire, FCA in UK.

Land-FX UK’s FCA license is mainly for the UK residents though, the license acquiring means a lot for the company and the traders.
