By submitting your request for deposit, you confirm that the “online wallet” account you use to deposit is registered under your own name and that the email address has been added to your Trading Account records.
No processing fees apply on both deposits and withdrawals.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 working day.
If you have used a credit/debit card to deposit, please make sure that you have refunded those deposits back to the same card and up to their full value before making a withdraw request by another method.
Please ensure that you make your withdraw request using the same “online wallet” account that you used to deposit.
Orbex has the right at its sole discretion to charge clients any service fees charged without client’s consent.
