LMFX does not interfere or manipulate your trades at any times, but has the right to close all the open positions if necessary to avoid exceeded losses in trading accounts.

This is to protect clients to cause large losses.

LMFX’s Margin Call %

LMFX has set the margin call % to 50% for Premium account & 30% for Fixed and Zero account.

When the margin level in your account reaches that %, the margin call occurs and that will send a notification to you saying “You may want to make a deposit now or close some positions to support other positions”.

This margin call is just a notification and does not close any positions.

Also the notification will come to you through the trading platform, MT4 but not via e-mail message.

LMFX’s Stop out %

LMFX has set the Stop out % to 20% for Premium account and 15% for Fixed and Zero account.

When the Stop out occurs it will liquidate(close) all your positions in order to avoid the further losses.

You can not stop the process of the Stop out when it happens but just a moment and see the result.

In the situation of high volatility in the financial market, the account balance could go negative after the stop out occurs.

LMFX can not assure you that an account balance does not go negative in your account, but the broker assures that you will not need to cover exceeded losses in your accounts.

Negative Balance Protection is supported

LMFX has set NBP(Negative Balance Protection) for all its clients.

This NBP is to cover the exceeded losses in trading accounts. This NBP is provided to all traders in order to protect them from further risks.

Trading with LMFX means that you can leverage your profits 1,000 times more, and limit the losses to your deposit amount.

You just need to make sure that you won’t deposit more than you cannot afford.

What is NBP? How does it work?

Margin requirement of positions

LMFX offers up to 1:1000 leverage. This means that LMFX requires only 0.1% of margin for trading.

But please note that this maximum leverage is applicable only to Forex currency pairs, but not for other financial instruments(Precious Metals, CFDs and commodities).

For some trading instruments, LMFX may require 1% or fixed margin.

You can find all the margin conditions in the contract specification table in its official website.
