There can be several reasons.
- Address does not match.The address used for credit/debit card statements does not match the address indicated in the payment request. Please note that you need to indicate the exact address fully matching the one used for card statements. Please write the address in Latin characters, otherwise our system cannot accept it.
- Bank card limit. In order to counteract fraud, your bank may set a limit for withdrawal/transfer of funds from your bank card.
- Wrong security code. The code shown on the card does not match the code entered during the transaction.
- Transaction prohibited. Some banks limit the functions of plastic cards.
