To deposit via wire transfer and credit cards, withdraw and transfer between accounts, your FXOpen eWallet must be verified. Please, upload scanned copies of your identification documents.
The required documents are:
ID – a passport, driver’s license, national ID card or other valid ID with photo. The ID must not expire within 3 months or less since the date you upload it to us.
Proof of Address – a utility bill or a bank statement, or other bills with the same address that is registered on your FXOpen profile. Proof of Address must not be older than 3 months from the date you upload it.
*Ensure high quality of your scans, so that we can clearly see the photo and read all the text in the image. (Recommended scanner resolution 300 dpi, and the size of each file approx. 1 Mb).
Account verification normally takes up to 48 hours on business days. With an increased number of verification requests from clients, this process may take longer (3-5 business days).
Important! The time required to review your documents and verify the account may increase if you have to re-submit your documents (because the documents were rejected by FXOpen or FXOpen asked you to submit additional documents).
If the documents are approved, your account will be Verified and fully set up for depositing and withdrawing.
If the documents are Rejected, check the Comment to find out the reason.
