Corporate Actions are certain events which effect a public company’s shares value.
Upon the occurrence of a Corporate Action in a specific share, iFOREX shall liquidate any open position(s) and remove any limit order(s) in the CFD which quotes the specific share.
Corporate Actions in iFOREX include Splits, Rights Offering, Delisting and any other event which materially affects or may materially affect the shares’ price (including material company announcements, takeovers, mergers, insolvency etc.).
