If you haven’t used your account for 3 three months in a row, your accounts will be tagged as ‘archived’.
This does not mean that your accounts are disabled and funds are unreachable.
You can always restore the account from FBS’s Personal Area, and start trading with FBS.
Manage your account in Personal Area
All your accounts can be managed in the Personal Area.
You can access from FBS’s official website and login with your email address and the password you have set when you have registered with FBS first time.
You are recommended to use one email address for FBS as the broker manage clients’ data with email addresses.
If you have 2 different email address registered with FBS, you may need to contact FBS and combine the personal details.
What you can do in the Personal Area?
After opening an account with FBS, you may need to access to the Personal Area and MT4 or MT5 accounts.
In the Personal Area, you can deposit, withdraw, join a promotion and internal transfer etc…
