Program membership tiers are divided into Premier Program calendar quarters.

Eligibility and rights for a specific level of Premier status (Preferred, Elite, Signature) are based on the following two criteria:
- The total amount deposited by each customer from the time of registration in the personal information area (in USD)
- The total trading volume (in USD) for each calendar quarter.
The Premier Program calendar quarters are as follows:
- Q1 – From January 1 to the last day of March
- Q2 – From April 1 to the last day of June
- Q3 – From July 1 to the last day of September
- Q4 – From October 1 to the last day of December
Level qualification/recertification takes place on the first day of the new quarter.
The total deposit amount up to the first day of the new quarter and the sum of the trading volume for the previous (closed) quarter are used to calculate the customer rating.
If a customer’s previous quarter results meet eligibility criteria for a particular tier, that tier will be applied for the new quarter.
At the start of the next (immediately following) quarter, a customer may maintain the same tier, be promoted or upgraded, or lose membership in the program.
The customer will receive an Exness notification regarding the rating confirmation of the new quarter. Customers can also check their current membership information in the privacy area of the Exness website or in the Exness Trader mobile app.
A customer may not hold multiple Premier Program memberships at the same time. If the same customer has multiple Premier levels subject to multiple privacy areas, only one privacy area meeting the highest Premier level will be selected for participation in the program.
Customers may use the Premier Program benefits and rewards only during the period of validity for that tier.
Customers who do not meet the Premier Program tier eligibility requirements will no longer be eligible for benefits and rewards.
