Answer:
There is no commissions or fees charged by XM for fund deposits and withdrawals.
All the charges are covered by XM.
Although, fees charged by payment providers are not covered by XM. (e.g. For bank wire transfer, some corresponding banks may charge you some amount.)
For the other deposit methods, the exact deposit amount should be reflected into the account.
XM also does not charge any for currency conversion. In this case, the conversion rate will be decided by the bank XM is using.
