GBE brokers may offer the maximum leverage of 1:500 to all traders, the leverage is not for all financial instruments.
For Index CFDs, Bond and Energies tradings, you will be required 1% of the margin, so the maximum leverage you can use in this case is 1:100.
For Precious Metals, you will be required 0.5% of the margin, so the maximum leverage you can use in this case is 1:200.
Stop out is 100%
Please note that GBE brokers has set the margin call level to 200% of your margin level, and the stop out level to 100%.
When the margin level in your account goes lower than 200%, you will get a notification, so you will have a time to make a deposit more or close some positions to support other open positions.
Then you will get a stop out when your margin level is 100%.
This stop out will close your open positions(one by one from the positions which can not be held anymore due to the low margin level) in order to avoid the further losses in your account.
The process of stop out occurs instantly and sometimes it remains some positions as you will have enough margins to support these positions by closing others.
To avoid losses, you can even hedge your positions so you will have more available margins to support other positions.
GBE brokers does not restrict hedging method in its MT4 at all.
But please note that GBE brokers offers variable spread which can get narrower and wider at anytime.
So if the spread gets wider, you will be required more margins for hedged positions too.
This means that if you have many hedged positions in your MT4 and the margin level in the account is around 100%, you will most likely get a stop out closure in your account at anytime by wider spread.

Demo accounts will not have the exact trading environment though, margin calculations are exactly same in Demo and Live accounts.
