What is the StereoTrader?

The StereoTrader is a professional add-on for the MetaTrader 4+ and the MetaTrader 5+, which greatly expands the possibilities of the platform. How much does the StereoTrader license cost?

The purchase of a StereoTrader license costs you € 29.90 per month. The amount is automatically debited from your trading account every month on the day on which you received the license for the add-on for the first time. For example, if you receive your license on August 20th, the next account debit will take place on September 20th.

You can purchase your JFD license for StereoTrader by applying for it through the My JFD page. After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link for the add-on, the official StereoTrader user manual and much more useful information.

After you have purchased the StereoTrader license through MyJFD, it will automatically be activated for the accounts you have selected. If you receive a message that you do not yet have a license, please contact customer service immediately. He will help you immediately.

How do I install the StereoTrader?

To install the StereoTrader, please follow the steps below:

• Make sure you have the MT4 + / MT5 + installed on your computer;
• Download StereoTrader;
• Run the installation file and follow the instructions on the screen;
• Start MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5.

After you have done this, the StereoTrader will be applied to every newly opened chart.

Is there a mobile version of StereoTrader?

No, there is no mobile version of StereoTrader. However, you can use the mobile version of MetaTrader 4 + / MetaTrader 5+ to manage positions. If the StereoTrader is active on your desktop and you are using the MobileApp at the same time, the StereoTrader will manage your positions as if you were using it. The same applies to closed or other positions.

Can the StereoTrader be used as a stand-alone application?

No. The StereoTrader is an add-on for the MetaTrader 4 + / MetaTrader 5 + and uses this platform as the basis for account access and charting. However, after the installation of the StereoTrader, the entire trading process is taken over by the add-on. Make sure that you have installed MetaTrader 4+ or MetaTrader 5+ before downloading StereoTrader.

How can I cancel my StereoTrader license?

You can cancel the StereoTrader license the same way you purchased it: via MyJFD.

Please note that the license will remain active until the next billing date when you place your order.

You have paid accordingly to use the license.

So if you have to pay the monthly fee on the 20th of each month and submit your cancellation on the 10th, you keep the license for 10 more days.
