Both error messages “Invalid Account” and “No Connection” are shown when you have typed wrong login credentials on your MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
In this case, you may re-check the original login credentials sent by FXTM via email to your registered email address, then try again to login to your MT4/MT5 trading account.
MT4/MT5 are case sensitive, and trading server is FXTM ‘s.
You may also try out different server names in case your trading account is matched with another trading server category.
If you have forgotten the password
If you have changed the password for MT4/MT5, you need to contact FXTM support team to reset the password.
You can not reset the password by yourself, and FXTM might ask you to submit additional documents to verify you.
Demo Account’s expiration date
In case you are using FXTM’s Demo MT4/MT5 trading accounts, please don’t forget the there is 90 days of limitation.
As in all FXTM’s Demo MT4/MT5 trading accounts will be disabled for trading and closed after 90 days of opening.
If you wish to use it more than 30 days, you may contact FXTM to request for that though, otherwise you won’t be able to login to your Demo account after 30 days.
